Get new packaging

Look, it’s a great product, and I intend to continue being a customer, so believe me when I say I mean this constructively: the packaging/container is so ridiculous it feels like a prank. My wife, a fully functioning adult, literally can’t open the container, and I would describe it as “hilariously difficult” to open. I don’t know why a simple lid that screws off was deemed not the way, but I implore you to explore a different, more normal, container for this product
