Alcohol is objectively a worse drug than cannabis in just about every respect. Alcohol leaves the user acting belligerent the night of and hungover the morning after but neither of these is characteristic of cannabis. 

Thanks to the new THC shots we’ve recently released, it’s easier than ever to swap out your alcoholic beverages for a weed-infused one. Not only are these shots delicious on their own, but they also make a delightful addition to mocktails or mixed beverages.

Here are ten delicious recipes you can use for delightful cannabis-infused drinks:

Canna-Colada

This summer favorite substitutes the alcohol for our Forbidden Fruit THC shot. The passionfruit flavor's delightful addition will send you into creamy, coconut heaven.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup frozen pineapples
  • ⅓ Cup coconut cream
  • ½ Cup pineapple juice
  • 3 oz Forbidden Fruit THC Shot
  • (optional) 1 - Pineapple wedge

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour contents into a glass, garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve

Canna-Mimosa

It’s early but you’ve got nothing scheduled for the whole day and you’re ready to kick back, relax, and unwind before you even wind up to begin with. Mimosas are a time-old tradition and, by replacing the alcohol with cannabis, you can start your day on a “high note” instead of with the depressant of alcohol.

Ingredients

  • 2oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz of your fizzy beverage of choice (tonic, seltzer, sparkling, etc.)
  • 3 oz Forbidden Fruit THC Shot
  • (Optional) 1oz Pineapple or cranberry juice

Directions

  1. Pour the THC shot into a champagne flute
  2. Add your sparkling beverage and then the orange juice on top
  3. If you’d like to make things a bit more tropical, add the pineapple or cranberry juice at the end.

Bloody Mojito

This poolside favorite is the perfect home to our Tiger’s Blood THC shot. This drink will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and buzzed.

Ingredients

  • ½ lime
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Tonic Water
  • 3 oz Tiger’s Blood THC Shot

Directions

  1. Place your mint leaves in a glass and squeeze the juice out of your half lime directly into it.
  2. Lightly muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Pour in your Tiger’s Blood THC shot and fill the rest of the glass with tonic water.
  5. Lightly stir and serve

Mari-garita

This cannabis take on a classic cocktail is sure to become your new summer fav. Beat the heat with this beverage which you can serve either blended or on ice.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ tsp simple syrup
  • 3 oz Tonic Water
  • Salt
  • 3 oz Forbidden Fruit THC Shot
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Prepare your glass by wetting the rim with lime juice and coating it in salt.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for the tonic water and mix well (or blend if you’d rather.)
  3. Add in the tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge on the side.

Stoney Temple

This is the rare instance of adding an intoxicant to a cocktail. The Shirley Temple has long been one of the best booze-free cocktails out there. With our addition of a THC shot, here’s a new twist on a timeless classic.

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp grenadine
  • ½ cup Sprite
  • ⅓ cup ginger-ale
  • 3 oz Tiger’s Blood THC Shot
  • Ice
  • Maraschino cherry garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Combine ingredients and stir gently
  3. Garnish with the cherry and enjoy

Canna-Soda and Lime

Ingredients

  • 3 oz club soda
  • ½ lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 oz Forbidden Fruit THC Shot
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish

Direections

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Combine ingredients and stir gently
  3. Squeeze lime wedge over top, rub the rim of the glass with it, and then garnish

Mar-nold Palmer

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lemonade
  • ½ cup iced tea
  • 3 oz Forbidden Fruit THC Shot
  • Ice
  • Lemon wedge for Garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the tea, lemonade, and THC shot and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedge and serve.

Bloody Mule

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1 half lime, squeezed
  • 3 oz Tiger’s Blood THC Shot
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Fill a tumbler glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the Tiger’s Blood THC shot and Ginger Beer
  3. Squeeze the lime over the drink, rub the rim, and garnish

Cann-berry Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz seltzer water
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 3 oz Forbidden Fruit THC Shot
  • Orange Slice
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add in the THC shot and cranberry juice and stir.
  3. Pour in the seltzer water and garnish with the orange slice.

The Ganja Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz tonic water (Juniper flavored if possible)
  • ½ lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz Tiger’s Blood THC Shot

Directions

  1. Fill a tumbler glass with ice.
  2. Combine the THC shot and simple syrup and stir.
  3. Squeeze lime on top and add the tonic water.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
